Design Engineer – High Pressure Die Casting Tooling
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist leadership in overseeing the implementation of project requirements during the design process.
2. Complete DFM, simulation analysis, 3D design, 2D drawings, BOM, mold modification drawings, and delivery documentation according to project requirements and schedules.
3. Assist in establishing and continuously updating customer standards.
4. Organize design reviews and qualification reviews.
5. Participate in trial runs of complex molds.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mold, mechanical, or related engineering disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in die-cast mold design; experience with 500–2000T die-cast molds is preferred.
3. Solid theoretical knowledge of mold design, with proficiency in using software to complete full design of common product molds.
4. Capable of independently analyzing and developing mold solutions.
5. Able to integrate mold processing knowledge into mold design.
