November 27, 2025 – The Romanian National Trade Register Office (ONRC) has officially issued the final registration documents, marking the successful completion of all legal procedures for Asiaway Automotive Components Romania S.R.L. . This signifies that the Asiaway Group's strategic layout in the European market has now entered the stage of substantive operations.
In September 2025, the Asiaway Group formally received the "Outbound Investment Project Filing Notice" issued by the Tianjin Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the "Enterprise Outbound Investment Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Commerce, thereby completing all ODI (Outbound Direct Investment) filing procedures. The project involved establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Timișoara, Romania, through its subsidiary Tianjin Asiaway Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. utilizing a Singapore-based investment platform.
With the successful completion of the registration process, Asiaway (Romania) has now fully entered the critical phase of infrastructure construction, equipment commissioning, and employee training. Currently, the Phase 1 factory construction is in full swing, covering an area of approximately 2,000 square meters and including main functional areas such as production workshops, warehouses, and office buildings. The factory will primarily utilize machining production processes and is expected to officially commence operations in the second quarter of 2026.
