At Booth 3119 in Monterrey, the mold specialist pairs a 60–6,600-ton mold manufacturing range with plans for U.S. and Mexico offices to support the region's nearshoring wave.
MONTERREY, Mexico, October 28, 2026 — Precisioner, a specialist in die casting mold design and manufacturing, opened its run at GIFA Mexico & FUNDIEXPO 2026 today at Booth 3119, using the first day of the show to spell out its positioning in unusually direct terms: a focused die casting mold partner, with customers in more than 30 countries.
At the center of the booth is the company's full-tonnage mold capability, covering die casting machines from 60 to 6,600 tons of clamping force. That range spans small, tight-tolerance components for consumer electronics and 5G telecom equipment through structural castings, battery trays and large integrated body structures for new energy vehicles — all designed and built in-house, from design through delivery.
For aluminum, magnesium and zinc alloy programs, Precisioner offers a single-source scope that covers high-pressure die casting (HPDC) molds, trim dies, rapid prototype molds, jigs and fixtures, mold tryout and sampling, mold design optimization, low-volume production, and mold maintenance and refurbishment. The operation is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, and holds CNAS accreditation — giving customers documented quality, environmental, safety and information-security controls across the entire mold lifecycle.

Two topics dominated day-one conversations. The first was capacity: how Precisioner's expansion is progressing and when the new plant will come online. The second was nearshoring — specifically, how lead times and local service response can be secured as die casting production moves closer to North American assembly plants.
Precisioner's answer to the second question is structural rather than rhetorical. Offices in the United States and Mexico are now in preparation, with the goal of placing aftermarket support and field service next to the customer's production line rather than managing it from a distance.
That commitment rests on a track record the team returns to throughout the show: 17 years in die casting molds, more than 6,000 HPDC mold projects delivered, and a service footprint spanning more than 30 countries. Precisioner's engineers work to the regional standards their customers are audited against, and on the show floor they answered questions with specifics — DFM structure recommendations, documented process-optimization cases, and mold solutions drawn to the part in front of them.
