On the assembly floor at Yizumi's manufacturing facility, six high-pressure die casting (HPDC) presses are taking shape side by side — frames squared, injection units aligned, control panels wired in. The machines will extend Precisioner's in-house die trial capability to its new plant in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, completing a 300T–4500T lineup under one roof.
The six YIZUMI presses — 300T, 500T, 800T, 1250T, 2500T and 4500T — will join an existing 1650T UBE machine to form a seven-press, full-tonnage, in-house die trial lineup. Each press moves through four installation stages: specification review (completed), system integration (completed), mechanical assembly (in progress), and first die trial (next). Work currently underway covers the control panel, motor-pump station, injection unit, hydraulic oil cooler, die height adjustment mechanism, and clamping system — the subsystems that govern shot control accuracy, thermal stability and repeatability in HPDC.
Rather than arriving in a single shipment, the presses will ship in sequence, timed to the construction and fit-out of the new plant: each press enters the bay only when that bay is ready. The 4500T ultra-large press is expected to complete assembly at YIZUMI in November 2026, after which it will enter Pingshan for installation and commissioning, and go into formal service in December 2026. The phased schedule lets every unit be verified at full capability before the next moves in.
"Bringing the presses in step with the plant, rather than all at once, means every machine starts up in a finished, fully serviced bay," said a Precisioner spokesperson. "The 4500T gets the time it needs at YIZUMI to be assembled and tested properly. These presses exist for one purpose — validating the molds we build, not production casting."
Founded in 2009, Precisioner has delivered more than 6,000 die casting molds to customers in over 30 countries. The new Pingshan die trial center extends an end-to-end HPDC tooling chain — mold design, MAGMA flow simulation, high-precision CNC machining, EDM and wire-cutting, mold assembly, heat treatment, and a CNAS-accredited laboratory for steel and materials testing. Because every die trial stays in-house, customers move from mold design to qualification with their part drawings and new-product data fully confidential. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.
Full 300T–4500T die trial capability at the new Pingshan plant is expected by Q4 2026. Trial slots are now open for reservation.
