Shenzhen, China — October 2026. Precisioner (Shenzhen Precisioner Diecasting Mold Co., Ltd.), an aluminum, magnesium and zinc HPDC mold specialist since 2009, announces that the die casting press department at its new Pingshan plant is now assembled and in trial operation. The 300T, 500T and 800T presses — the first to arrive — have entered die trial commissioning. The 1250T and 2500T units are now being installed. The 4500T ultra-large press will complete assembly at YIZUMI in November 2026, enter Pingshan for commissioning, and go into formal service in December 2026.
First melt is scheduled for mid-October 2026. Commissioning runs on a tonnage-based schedule: compact presses (300T/500T) typically move from installation to first production within about three working days; mid-tonnage units (1250T/2500T) take roughly two weeks; the 4500T ultra-large press needs 20-plus days for installation and trial. The phased rollout is designed to bring every press online with full verification of shot control accuracy, thermal stability and repeatability.
Die trial slots are open today for the 300T–800T range, with larger-tonnage trials to follow as commissioning progresses. Customers can reserve Q4 2026 trial slots for aluminum, zinc and magnesium mold qualification; small-batch production is available upon qualification.
"We build it. We trial it. All in-house. All confidential," said a Precisioner spokesperson. "We trial only the molds we build, so our customers' new-product data never leaves our floor. Standard alloys and custom grades are both supported."
Together with the existing 1650T UBE press, the seven-press lineup at Pingshan delivers full-tonnage die trial coverage from 300T to 4500T under one roof, and complements Precisioner's end-to-end HPDC tooling chain — mold design, MAGMA flow simulation, high-precision CNC machining, EDM and wire-cutting, mold assembly, heat treatment, and a CNAS-accredited laboratory for steel and materials testing. Since 2009, the company has shipped more than 6,000 die casting molds to customers in over 30 countries and regions. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.
