Shenzhen, China – Precisioner, a specialized manufacturer of high-pressure die casting (HPDC) molds for aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys, has expanded its in-house die trial capability with seven new presses covering 300T to 4500T.
The new fleet includes six Yizumi machines (300T, 500T, 800T, 1250T, 2500T, and 4500T) alongside an existing 1650T UBE die casting machine. Two older LK units have been phased out, streamlining the lineup for greater efficiency.
“This upgrade is about validating the molds we build – not becoming a foundry,” said a Precisioner spokesperson. “We trial what we make, so our customers can move from design to production with confidence, without outsourcing or risking IP exposure.”
With full-tonnage trial capability now online, Precisioner offers a streamlined process: submit part drawings, receive a press recommendation within 24 hours, and schedule on-site trials – all under one roof.
Since 2009, the company has delivered over 6,000 die casting molds to clients across 30+ countries.
