Construction is now underway on a new Precisioner facility in Shenzhen’s Pingshan District, as the die casting mold specialist broke ground in September 2026. The new plant will house seven die casting machines ranging from 300T to 4500T, significantly expanding the company’s in-house die trial capabilities.
The facility features a comprehensive layout including designated areas for large mold assembly, EDM and wire‑cutting, heat treatment, and finished goods staging. The press lineup will comprise six new Yizumi machines (300T, 500T, 800T, 1,250T, 2,500T, and 4,500T) alongside an existing 1,650T UBE press. Equipment installation is scheduled to begin in late October 2026, with full operational readiness expected by December.
“This new facility is about validating the molds we build – not becoming a foundry,” said a Precisioner spokesperson. “We trial what we make, so our customers can move from design to production with confidence. Every press in this plant is dedicated to in‑house die trials, reinforcing our commitment to mold manufacturing, not production casting.”
The expanded die trial capability complements Precisioner's existing end‑to‑end mold manufacturing services, including design optimization, MAGMA flow simulation, high‑precision machining, EDM, assembly, and a CNAS‑accredited laboratory for material testing and quality assurance.

Visits to the new Pingshan facility will be welcome by appointment from December 2026 onward.
